I've been working in the electronic publishing industry since 1996, having launched his original technology publishing company (LockerGnome) from a home office in Iowa. This is also where I penned my first book on email publishing. Later, I expanded my reach into radio with the weekly "Chris Pirillo Show," wherein I assisted callers and solved their technology problems.

The combination of my pseudo-fame as an early blogger and memorable presence on the airwaves lead me to become host of TechTV's "Call for Help." Never losing sight of the role community plays in online marketing, I leveraged my personal brand to expand LockerGnome into a profitable blog / content network.

Today, as a one of the leading YouTube personalities and tech industry analysts, I help drive Internet entrepreneurs forward by providing insight to my fellow content publishers, sharing online monetization strategies with other business owners, and helping start-ups find ways to better promote their business.
