I am an Author, a screenwriter, and a playwright. My memoir, MARRYING GEORGE CLOONEY, CONFESSIONS FROM A MIDLIFE CRISIS (2010) was just adapted into an Off-Broadway play, having had quite a lovely 4 week run, and a feature piece written about the memoir and the play in the NYTimes. I have written the movies Mr. Wonderful, Funny Valentines, and a TV series. I am most proud of having created an all WOMEN's issue of Living Buddhism Magazine, and various other monthly's. I am extraordinarily women-centric in my writing. More humor and daily life issues - Issues ranging from self-esteem to the shedding of shame, to dates gone sour. I have written for numerous anthologies, for young adults: my book "a greater goode," (yes, all lower case) was published by Houghton Mifflin in 2001. My next book is an anthology: Dancing At The Shame Prom, 27 women share the stories that kept them small (Seal Press, 2012) I co-edited that book with Hollye Dexter. I love memoir, non-fiction, truth telling and turning mistakes into mission.
